This organic modern living space has been moulded around ancient sandstone columns and thuya wood ceilings and then a mix of eclectic colorful lighting and furnishings has been added, mainly from the 1960’s era. The house is built around a small central courtyard and comprimises 4 storeys, it sleeps six and special attention has been made to make it extremely comfortable and private, each bedroom is situated on a different floor (for privacy) and has a bathroom en suite.

There are 3 large living spaces all with working fire places, one with a built in sofa area, the ground floor boasts a playful open plan kitchen with a curved breakfast bar with old singer stools perched at one end, there is a brand new oven/hob and free standing fridge/ freezer too. The second floor, you find yourself walking up into another living space with another beautifully crafted concrete shelf the whole length of the room housing books and quirky local crafts. Outside is a small terrace and next to this a bedroom also with a king size built in bed and a wet room en suite finished in tadelekt (a waterproof polished concrete). On the same floor is a small kitchen with a washing machine. Up again to a large terrace area and another fantastic bedroom with a double bed in and a wetroom en suite also finished in Tadelekt. Above this room is another roof terrace. The whole house is finished in tadelekt on the floors and a sika product has been used for the whole of the ground floor keeping out any damp from Essaouira medina.
