For those who never heard of it (is this even possible?), the A’ Design Award contest is one of the most prestigious competitions in the world when it comes to Design and Architecture. It takes place every year and attracts all the attention of the media since it is one of the most prestigious competitions worldwide in which contestants expose their concepts and win great renown.

The winners of this competition apart from fame, prestige, and recognition, they enjoy a lot of benefits. They receive a Winners’ Kit called the “A’ Design Prize” which includes the 3D Printed Metal A’ Design Award trophy in Black Luxury Box, the annual yearbook which is available in both digital and hardcopy versions (winners get both) and a printed design excellence certificate in metal frame.

A’ Design awards relies on a strong and expert design competition jury. More specifically, there is a jury panel formed by 209 members most of them being design professionals, press members, and academics. In addition to evaluating the submissions, they also provide feedback, suggestions and their expertise throughout the competition. A prejudging procedure takes place in order the participants to get valuable insights about their work before they submit their work officially.
